Purpose of collection: to provide services to you to fulfill our contract, to communicate with you, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, to provide you with information or advertising relating to our dietary supplement services.

Source of collection: collected from you when you sign up for our email lists and/or send us an inquiry through our Site.

Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor.

Personal Information collected: contact details, including name, email address, and telephone number.

Please note that inna-consulting.com may require that the authorized agent is registered with the California Secretary of State and has written permission from you to make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.


Our verification process includes:


- For password-protected accounts: we will use password authentication to verify your identity.

- For non-password-protected accounts: we will ask you to confirm a few pieces of information we have on file, such as your email address and billing zip code.


If you make a request online to delete your personal information, we may need to confirm your request before proceeding with the deletion.


You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a 12-month period, free of charge. We cannot respond to your request or provide personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority.


Making a verifiable consumer request does not require creating an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.


We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period (up to 90 days). If you have an account with us, we will respond via the email associated with that account.


If you do not have an account, we will respond by email or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures will cover the 12-month period preceding receipt, and we will explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.


We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not respond to your exercise of rights by denying you services, charging different prices, or providing different levels or quality of services.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices related to dietary supplement services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons, including nutraceutical compliance and product formulation. We will provide you with all other appropriate notice of important changes at least 30 days before the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint about our nutraceutical compliance, you have the right to lodge your complaint with the relevant data protection authority concerning product formulation.
